What happens when the snow doesn’t come to us – we go to the snow of course! This is what happened last weekend when the boys woke up and saw we’d had rain and not snow over night. They were so convinced there would be enough so we’d be able to go and play in our park the next morning, they even had the sledges out ready! (OK this was slightly spurred on by Mum & Dad’s excitement too…) So after much persuading from me to Steve we packed up the car and drove to where he grew up in Hindhead. We passed a bit of snow in Goodwood on the way but nothing compared to what awaited us in Surrey. I had forgotton how beautiful the land & trees look under a heavy layer of the white fluffy stuff. Like a beautifully iced cake 🙂 We had such fun I wanted to share a few photos…
