Daisies Florist Middleton-on-Sea ~ creative florist, beautiful wedding flowers.

I can never get enough of wedding bouquets which is just as well in my work!  I get so see so many beautiful bouquets and table centres – each so individual and so lovingly made.  I’ve met so many lovely creative florists too and Lou from Daisies Florist in Middleton-on-Sea is no exception, but she is exceptional!  I love her work, I love her florist shop – it’s so hard going in there because I want it all!!   Rarely do I come out empty-handed 🙂  The other day Lou offered to hand out some flyers for me whilst holding a stall at a local wedding fair and in return I nipped in the next day to photograph her displays and bouquets that she’d put together for the fair.  We’ve already worked together on a few weddings last year and we’ve got a few more together this year too – can’t wait to see what she creates for those.  In the meantime here are her amazing efforts from the other day….  if you need a florist for your wedding or just want to send someone a nice bunch of flowers then please take a look at Lou’s site and get in touch with her –  she’s lovely! 😉

Maternity Bump Shoot on Bognor Beach ~ Andrew & Charlotte’s growing family…

About 3 years ago I met with Charlotte & Andrew for a lovely little family shoot in Hotham park so I was delighted to be asked to photograph them again, this time for a maternity bump shoot on Bognor beach to begin the journey of capturing their 2nd daughter’s first year from bump to one!  I love doing the “Year in the Life of” package (see more about that here) as I really get to know the families and we’re often good friends by the end – if not at the start!  I also love creating all those happy memories as the first year always whizzes by so fast with babies.  I’m quite emotional looking back at the photos myself when I come to put the album together at the end of the year!  I’m so excited to meet Charlotte & Andrew’s baby – due any day now!  And I’m not the only one… poor mum is rather desperate to meet her now and her daddy and big sister are too!

Here are some of my favourites from the beach the other day, it was so cold so bless you Charlotte for braving taking your coat off and still looking so happy and beautiful!  <3

Toddler Photo Shoot ~ Little Nicolina ❤ ❤

In between photographing weddings and couples I do love the odd family, baby or toddler photo shoot and I’m always really flattered when clients come back for the 2nd time – especially when they travel all the way from Norway again!  Just over a year ago I did a bump shoot for Tina when Nicolina was still in her tummy and she was over to visit family … so it was lovely to meet Nicolina this time and what a gorgeous little lady she is too.  It was extremely cold on the day we put aside for the photos – well for me it was cold, it was quite tropical for Tina really!  Except in Norway they would have been in snowsuits, hats, scarves & gloves so wouldn’t have felt the cold so much.  Over here they weren’t so warmly dressed – although I fell in love with Nicolina’s little boots and jacket – how adorable!  We took some props to the park and had some giggles and I parted with a teddy bear that Nicolina fell in love with – she called him “kanin” which means rabbit!  I think because the hat was like two long ears!  She still loves her “kanin” – I’m so glad he went to such a great new home in a new country!  🙂  Here are some of my favourites from the shoot.

Peter & Rosey ~ Pre Wedding Shoot at West Beach, Littlehampton ~

A couple of weekends ago I wrapped up warm (but not warm enough!) and headed to a very cold and breezy west beach for a few pre wedding photos with Peter and Rosey who are tying the knot in a couple of months at one of my favourite venues – Bartholomew Barns.  Can’t wait!  It was so nice to get to know them a little better and despite the cold we had a giggle and at least they had lots of cuddling up moments to keep each other warm ❤ !!

Here are some of my favourites from their little shoot – lovin’ the wellies Rosey!!

The Inglenook Pagham Christmas Wedding ~ Rachel & Ryan ~ West Sussex Wedding Photographer

Wow, what a way to end the year – Rachel & Ryan’s wedding was such an incredible day!  Luckily the rain held off and although the skies were overcast and the puddles deep (!) the party atmosphere was anything but grey!  They have such an amazing group of friends & family, it really was so much fun from the moment I got to Rachel’s parents’ house in the morning till the minute I left the Inglenook Hotel in the evening – and I’m sure even though I was there till around 10pm those smiley faces and dancing feet kept going for a good few hours more!

Rachel looked absolutely stunning in her Maggie Sottero dress – thanks to her parents for the loan of the king size sheet so we could go and do some shots in Marine Park Gardens!  (I will bring that back to you!!)  And what a great crowd to brave the cold for some fun group photos in the park on the way to the Inglenook – you all rock!  Once at the hotel, the warm welcome and service was as wonderful as ever – I do love their carvery too, you can’t beat it!  I had so much fun snapping & chatting away well into the evening…

I’ve gone over the top with photos (again) so rather then waffle on I’m going to let the pictures do the talking – hopefully you’ll get a feel for just how amazing their wedding was from the photos.  Thanks for having me along Mr & Mrs Moore!  Many congratulations again xx
