Baby Amelie ♥ Newborn Photography ~ Baby Photographer Bognor Regis, Chichester, West Sussex

Remember Sarah’s beautiful bump?

Photobucket

Well a few weeks later her bump had been completely replaced by this even more beautiful bundle and I’m sure Sarah won’t mind me saying that!

West Sussex Newborn Photography ~ Baby Seth ~ A special little man… ~

This post has been a long time in the making!  Seth is almost 7 months old now and I’ve been meaning to post some photos of my own special little man for, well, 6 months!  He is our 3rd son and I imagine he’ll definitely be our last child so I’m trying to cherish every moment with him, already I’m finding it hard to throw away the clothes and toys he’s outgrown and want to cry as he goes up and up in nappy size (little podge that he is)!  I can’t get over how fast they change, we have lovely happy smiles and giggles now and he’s trying to roll over – our other two were crawling by now but I’m happy Seth isn’t!  He had a rough start, bless him.  We spent 9 days in special care, that was quite an experience – I saw so many amazing people going about their daily jobs but that just happened to be saving baby’s lives.  Incredible.  Anyway – here’s my cute not-so-little anymore bundle!

Minutes after he was born, before we realised he had a problem breathing…

Maternity Photo Shoot ~ Arundel, West Sussex

Just trying to catch up a bit with my blog, this shoot was from September last year and was one I really enjoyed – well I enjoy them all!  Sarah was just a couple of weeks off full term and looked utterly radiant.  Daddy-to-be Ben didn’t really want to be too involved but we managed to gently persuade him to be in a couple of pics!  I’ll post some of baby Amelie who emerged a few weeks later, just wait and see how gorgeous she is – I was sure she was going to be a boy too from the perfect all out the front bump!  Just goes to show how wrong those old wive’s tales can be, ooops!

Serena & Paul’s Fabulous Festive Wedding at Angmering Manor ~ West Sussex

Being a busy mum of 3 boys I  don’t always find the time to write on my blog but Serena & Paul’s wedding was such an amazing day I had to make the effort to tell everyone about it here and as they say, better late than never!  (By the way I’m more likely to add posts to my facebook business page which you can follow here).

Angermering Manor is a beautiful location for an intimate wedding and that’s exactly what this gorgeous couple had, with just their close friends and family attending their special day.  The fantastic Christmas decorations and warmth of the hotel all added to the festive vibe and everyone had a wonderful time – including me!  Serena looked amazing in her dress which she bought from Catherine Francis’  boutique in Arundel and her hair and make up, along with that of her bridesmaids, was absolutely fabulous (or should I say Ab-Fab!).  Their bouquets were all so pretty and I was chuffed to get a photo of Serena’s reaction when the florist Lauren of Flowers-by-Lauren turned up with them from.  I love it when everything happens in one place, the girls in one of the hotel’s sumptuous rooms busily beautifying themselves whilst the chaps lounged in the bar area sipping a much needed JD & coke (or two).  The ceremony took place in the main and rather grand wood panelled dining area of the hotel and the reception meal in the adjoining lovely light and airy conservatory overlooking the immaculate gardens.

Although the light was fading we managed to get some group shots on the patio area after the ceremony then Serena and Paul had a few quick snaps around the gardens before it just got too cold & dark and we had to go back indoors.  Later we did some more photos in the warmth of their magnificent bridal suite and in the cosy library area of the hotel – fab backdrops for pics!

Speaking of pics… I’ll stop waffling and post some of my favourites here for you all to enjoy.

I promise no groom was harmed in the above photo!

Enough?  No?…..  There’s more here !  Thanks for stopping by x

Autumn Family Shoot ~ Girls just wanna have fun! ~ West Sussex Family Photographer

I have to say it – Autumn is my favourite season!  I love Spring and hazy summer evenings too but the colours in Autumn are so vibrant and bright and utterly gorgeous!  So when Suzette asked me for a shoot of her and her girls in amongst the Autumn leaves I couldn’t wait 🙂  She wanted really natural shots of the 3 of them having fun together and was unsure of any close up portraits but was willing to give it a go and thankfully is very pleased with the results!  I am too – they were such fun to work with!

Here are some of my favs…
