Blue skies, sunshine and a light frosting of snow on the ground, gorgeous couple, fantastic venues, wonderful friends and family – how lucky was I to capture it all?!
Rachel & Jason got married in Drayton Church of the Resurrection, close to where Rachel grew up and what a delightful ceremony it was. Her parents are very active members of the church and this showed with the sheer quantity of all their lovely friends & family who attended to wish Rachel & Jason well. It was a beautiful service with a fair few giggles (just about managed to remain discrete to the side when laughing about a can of Boddingtons and widgets!), lots of smiles and some awsome trumpet playing and singing too. Then we went on to Farbridge or Lavant Valley Barn near Chichester for their wedding breakfast & reception. What a gorgeous venue – nestled in the south downs – and with that little bit of snow on the hills it really did look stunning. The catering company Buns to Banquets did a marvelous job with the canopés and meal – I’m always grateful for a place at a table to join in the festivities with your friends and of course sample / photograph the food for myself! Loved the little bits of rope so we could all have a go at tying the knot too! It really was a spectacular day from start to finish and talking of finishes… a little bit of Kayley or Ceilidh dancing should be a must at every wedding 🙂
Here are some (OK, a lot) of my favourites…
